Better work begins with better thinking and better conversations.

About Walkabout Pathways: Many workplace challenges are not quite what they first appear to be. A presentation issue may be a thinking problem. A confidence issue may come from limited practice. A leadership challenge may be rooted in communication, trust, hierarchy, or context.

Walkabout Pathways helps people and organizations understand what is getting in the way, then build the skills and behaviors that make a practical difference.

International experience changes the questions you ask.

Walkabout Pathways is based in Da Nang, with experience shaped across the United States, China, England, Singapore, Vietnam, and professional environments throughout Asia.

Working across cultures changes how you understand communication. Silence, confidence, hierarchy, trust, and even “professionalism” can mean different things in different settings. That perspective influences how we approach leadership, training, research, and organizational development.

Da Nang is our home. The wider region shapes our perspective. Start the conversation →

Before Walkabout Pathways, there was Walkabout Rojo.

Walkabout began with travel, cameras, conversations, and years of life across China and Vietnam. What started as documentary storytelling grew into YouTube, interviews, writing, a book, and a deeper interest in how people communicate and understand one another across cultures.

Those questions eventually moved the work from documenting the world to working directly with the people and organizations inside it.
